What is the best color of eyeliner to use? Like what is your eyeliner that you can always depend on, that you always buy every time and can rely on it working the best and making you look the best without fail, and also can you tell me the brand, ie Maybelline, Covergirl, Neutrogena, Almay,Revlon any of the ones that you can get at Walmart or Riteaid or any of those stores.
I am so huge on eyeliner and I need one that last a really long time without smudging. (I hate touching up and getting raccoon eyes!!!) So my number one eyeliner that I really depend on all the time is MAC powerpoint in Engraved. It goes on so smooth and last all day without running or smudging. It is really hard to get off but all waterproof eyeliners are. It looks so beautiful going on and I always get compliments on it. Now seeing how your looking for a drugstore brand with the same results, My absolute favorite is Revlon Colorstay in Black. It is just as great as the MAC ones and it was the only one that I found that could compare. I tried all the others and these eyeliners said that they were waterproof and long lasting. But they always smudged and ran. But those are my two favorites and I use them all the time. You can get the MAC eyeliner in any MAC stores, Nordstrom, or Macy’s. The Revlon eyeliner you can get at any drug store.

Well it depends… if you have brown eyes, use blue. If you have blue eyes, use brown or a redish-brown. Also, silver and charcoal make green and blue eyes really POP.

I use Almay. They have some that they say correlate with your eye color. So they have ones that are best for blue eyes, green eyes, brown eyes, etc. Mine is like a purpley color, but it isn’t purple. I really like it. Brown is always good though–if you want it for night, apply it thicker. For day, apply it thinner.
