Im building a snowboard box 10′ long x 14" wide x 1′ high. and i have the frame built but still need to buy the top layer. What is the best material to use? and Where is the best place to get it?
any suggestions are appreciated.
I use synthetic ice. It’s a more expensive material but it works great. Just look it up on google and dig around for good prices on it, I don’t think it’s available at stores.

References :
HDPE ( High Density Polyethylene) This is what they use at resorts. Your board won’t stick. I haven’t found a place that isn’t online though. But what you’ll want to do is trim the edges with a thin steel strip, so your board won’t catch.
but you can order them through these sites, I thought they were pretty decent.
