What is the best store to buy a desktop from?

All the stores have crappy return policies now. I live near Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Staples, ect. What is the best store to buy a desktop from? What’s the best brand?

    for gaming go to CyberPowerPC.com
    or buy parts and build your own from Tigerdirect(usually the cheapest method but takes some research and time)
