What is the best way to organize school notes?

I switch all the time from keeping notes in my binder to notes in an actual notebook. What’s the best way? I’m thinking about the best way to keep track of them, study from them, organize them, etc. Thanks!

The best way I found would be to make notes on paper and keep them in a folder with dividers separating the different subject and course modules and I made some more in depth notes from other sources in my notebook. I did this for my A levels and it really helped because I was able to have two different notes that may be similar but with different information. I also made massive A3 basic notes to stick on my wall when the exam was coming that way it was always visible every time I did something :D
