Why are there more varieties of genotypes and phenotypes for hair color in comparison to face shape?

In the world of genetics, I’m not sure about this.
Why are there more varieties of genotypes and phenotypes for hair color in comparison to face shape?

Maybe because they have more alleles?

That’s almost definately the EXACT reason.
