How do you expunge a shoplifting incident off of your consumer report after you’ve paid the fine?

My friend was caught shoplifting at Marshall’s and she has paid the little fine and everything. What we would like to know is how can you have that expunged off of your consumer report??? Because she hasn’t been able to get jobs or a grant for college..Mature responses only please!

You don’t. Not for seven years. then it will go away.

That’s the price you pay for the crime.

    "off of your consumer report"??????

Well, to expunge a criminal conviction from a person’s consumer report, she needs to file a "Consumer Report Petition" with Expungement Bob Squarepants at the local Consumer report Criminal History department.

So you know, she better act fact before Consumer Reports publishes that embarrassing little icky
