    this is my favorite video of them all, it feels great after the workout! i do about 3 10 min spark people videos each day and eat right, drink lots of water and its been almost 3 weeks and i lost 8 pounds! its great, thanks for these videos!!

    People asking ‘How many calories this burns’: There is virtually no ONE answer someone can give you that will apply especially for you. Gender, weight, and height (especially weight) are ALL factors. Some claim 100-90 calories burned in 10 minutes; for me, it’s 64, You have to go to SparkPeople and see how many calories you have burned. I think you might need an account there, since they need yours stats to calculate it, but I recommend getting an account anyways.

    At the sparkpeople website they have it listed under their cardio workouts. You put in how many minutes and it calculates the calories burned.

    i actually stayed with it! i did a 20 minute cardio workout(various of things) 10 minutes of this then now i am doing my workout(in my 17 mag) 30 minute of cardio then the 15 minutes workout.
