    Probably a good cross trainer. If your shoes are running shoes, they’re designed for forward motion only–not jumping or lateral movements, which this workout includes. No matter what shoes you wear, concentrate on landing softly on the balls of the feet.

    Great workout videos. Thank you for putting them on you tube. I would like to see a stretch in the beginning (after warm up). I appreciate that your videos are about 10 minutes long. Other work out videos I noticed are 2 minutes. Is there any way to get 30 minute or more work out videos :)

    omg i luv this video its the best!!! i can really fell it working!!! i do this video everyday with alot of their other videos!!! their videos ar great and accually work!!! i have lost alot of weight!!! even though on this video i cant use the rope haha bbut ive been getting better :)!!!!!!!

    aerobics is a type of cardio. cario means cardiovascular, which means anything that gets your heart rate upis called cardio. eg. running, aerobics, jumping, cycling etc.
