    I was really just wondering, I am a 15 yr old girl who loves doing these excersizes. But, do you HAVE to wear gym shoes while doing this, and the 6 minute But blasting excersize? Or can you go barefoot? I have been doing them barefoot? Is that bad, and will I not get good results?
