A short abs and core workout using basic Pilates exercises (side plank, the hundred, etc). The workout is lead by Coach Nicole of SparkPeople.com, and she’ll help you build abs of steel.

    I have been using this video for a few weeks now and it has been excellent! If you are looking to tone your stomach AND lose weight don’t forget to do cardio!Lots of walking/running/swimming etc

    I’ve been doing it everyday for 2 weeks. I havent lost a single pound but my body has totally changed. My luv handles are gone! and I lost an inch off my waste. I’m thinking about starting running to lose weight though.

    Someone told me that just doing that would make you melt, but I guess I can find alternate ways of excercising when I have time. But I’ll continue with pilates and yoga.

    it was too fast for me2, but now past 2 weeks it’s pretty slow with talking, just keep doing it on your speed and u will catch her up
    I’m doing it 4 days in week only and the results I feel are amazing, especially the stronger back when u sit much of time
