It’s like that with … It’s like that with any excercise. When you excercise, your muscles rip, then form new muscle tissue. Your body isn’t used to that kind of excercise. The soreness is good, but you have to let your muscles rest from time to time. Nice job.
how often do you … how often do you practice this? I heard if you did it every night, it wouldn’t work or lose weight… and I’ve been doing this and stretches in the morning and before I go to bed for the past week. =\

hi i have been … hi i have been doing this for a week now and when i do it i feel it working and everything but afterwards my legs feel a bit soar and stuff and then a few min later they will jsut feel like i did something to themm and then the next day i dont feel anything… any suggestions wat to do or why its like that?

Yes, if your legs … Yes, if your legs are mostly fat. but if they’re just muscly then you’re naturally curvy and there’s not a lot you can do about that.
