    I did it yesterday and wow I felt it in my body when I woke up! I think some of my muscles are some that I haven’t use in a long time!

    I have joined the Sparkpeople and are a few more steps closer to being healthier and happier!

    I love coach Nicole :) Easy to follow! I was just wondering though, is there a reason she seems to do the left leg 7 times and the right leg 8 times on the exercises?

    Calorie burn is very individual. Depends on how hard you work and how much you weigh.

    Depending on how fast you go the calories will vary. on the Sparks website though it says 177 calories burned doing it for 10 minutes.

    This one is easier than the cardio workout for the Swimsuit bootcamp. I prefered this one though. Any ideas on if Cardio swimsuit workout or Cardio New YOU workout burns more calories?

    I’m about 195 and 5’2 I was wondering how to tell how many calories this burned? I’m doing this video for 3 days, then going to day 2. I’m very sedentary so this is really hard but i got through it. I’m overweight, but with my structure I dont look that overweight but does anybody know how many calories this would have burned for me, and how do you tell how many calories are burned ? Thank you so much for your help :D
