I did it yesterday and wow I felt it in my body when I woke up! I think some of my muscles are some that I haven’t use in a long time!

Depending on how fast you go the calories will vary. on the Sparks website though it says 177 calories burned doing it for 10 minutes.

I’m about 195 and 5’2 I was wondering how to tell how many calories this burned? I’m doing this video for 3 days, then going to day 2. I’m very sedentary so this is really hard but i got through it. I’m overweight, but with my structure I dont look that overweight but does anybody know how many calories this would have burned for me, and how do you tell how many calories are burned ?
