Im a rower and we are off from the summer. Its wierd because im used to working out intensly 6 days a week for 2 hours. But now since the season is over, I havent been exercising as much and im so happy i found this because it is a great workout and will def. help keep me in better shape.

i feel embarrassed to be the fat kid ecersizing on the rode by walking and i cant find anytime to excersize when my parents arent home but i guess im the one being seen excersizing and the people who arent wont get to feel better like me but i feel really embarrassed do u have any tips?
