Really love these workouts, but I don’t think you will get in shape in a week by doing one video a day. I do the jumping cardio everyday and then the bikini workout afterwards. You need more cardio than this to burn fat. Yet I love these videos, really good for working out your legs. I swear my has changed shape in the last 2 days!
