    On the Sparkpeople website, where these are from, the bootcamp ‘plan’ includes a 30-60 min. cardio workout of your choice on days 2-6, and these vids for toning.

    Really love these workouts, but I don’t think you will get in shape in a week by doing one video a day. I do the jumping cardio everyday and then the bikini workout afterwards. You need more cardio than this to burn fat. Yet I love these videos, really good for working out your legs. I swear my has changed shape in the last 2 days!

    My legs were like….yelling at me the whole day yesterday. But I don’t think I’ve gotten as good of a workout from a free video more than I did with these ^__^;
