the thing about … the thing about workout is that you should start very slowly and very easy and do it as frequently as possible, like everyday. If you increase a little bit the difficulty every day, it is much easier, almost natural.
men have butts too! it’s just that this coach is a woman but that doesn’t mean that men can’t do it either. the point is overall fitness which includes the WHOLE body, which coincidentally includes the butt.
and many women happen to like men with nice butts they can grab . take a look at football players!

and to all those who wanna do this everyday… kudos to you. however keep in mind it’s basically as strength exercise and there should be a day’s rest in between. says so on the sparkpeople website as well.
I love this workout … I love this workout, especially directly after cardio, I feel the burn more. What I also find especially helpful is to do this workout with your elbows on the ground, palms on the ground while resting your head on a few pillows.
No exercise removes … No exercise removes fat as such, but this exercise will tone the muscles in your thighs and bum, and make you look firmer and more toned. Plus, for every pound of muscle you build, you will burn an extra 50kcals per day!! YAY!!
I’m doing this … I’m doing this twice a week and your 12 mnute ab workout three times a week. I also joined the sweatsuit to swimsuit bootcamp challenge. Awesome workout!!
If you don’t suck … If you don’t suck it in your muscles won’t tone. Yes this excercise is focused on the butt, but if you just let stomach hang out it could lead to seriously bad back pain.
