What is the common psi rating for concrete used to lay a warehouse floor in 1997?

I need to know what would be the most commonly used psi strength rating for commercial grade concrete used to lay a warehouse floor in 1997. Specifically in central Ohio. The only specification known about the concrete is it is 6in thick.

most interior floors are 4000 lb. mix…since this was a warehouse and driven on most likely it could be a bit stronger mix…4500 or 5000 even…
