		<description>Thats a magic number for only the Internals at CN.  They started to see the ratings drop.  They tried a few tune-up type things to kick start it again, it didn&#039;t work out.  The point is not to Fall in ratings.  Ratings Drop, Advertisers stop Advertising, the Channel goes under.  Staying even for too long isn&#039;t good either, indicates the &quot;Shows&quot; are starting to get &quot;cold&quot;.
