What will happen to democrat approval ratings when they allow Bush tax cuts to expire?

Hate to remind you, but aren’t Bush tax cuts scheduled to expire this year? So what’s going to happen to Obama’s approval ratings, as well as the ratings of congressional democrats, when the taxes on WORKING Americans goes back up? Or will Obama extend them because it’s an election year?

Unfortunately Dem idiots wont see tthe effects until they file their 2010 tax returns in April 2011 then blame the new Republican Congress

Now wait, Pelosi says they’re going to let them expire but it won’t really be a tax increase…isn’t she just a genius, LOL

I intend to kick liberals while they’re down, especially with Obama’s tax increases on the entire population.

The first ones have already hit: democrats have adjusted tax witholding tables across the board to preempt tax increases.

    No one is safe.

Nothing. The liberal media will find some clever way to hide this.

His approval will drop as fast as the layoffs happen because of the higher taxes on small business owners.

The tax cuts have bled this country dry. How dare you advocate the policies of the worst president in US history

They’ll blame Bush for putting them in and spoiling the tax-paying populous in the first place.

Meanwhile, Geithner is going to skate on this AIG stuff. Just watch.

They probably won’t even notice – since they raise everyone else’s taxes but don’t pay their own. (Timothy Geithner, Kathleen Sebellius, Charles Rangel, Tom Daschle, etc)

But you better believe the American people will notice. Expect a butt kicking at the ballot box in 2010 and 2012.

    Looking forward to it.

Since when did the upper 5% do any work?
I thought you guys believe they "create the jobs"?
This would mean that they don’t do the work and the lower 95% are the WORKING Americans.
Review the logic before you post your talking points…

I expect Obama to extend them because this is actually Bush`s third term Obama has said Bush did everything wrong but has changed none of Bush`s decisions. Gitmo is not closed yet. Regulation has not be put on the financial sector.

That’s the problem with being on top. There’s only one direction to go, and they’re going there fast.
Nothing but misery on the horizon for Obama and the dems.

the democratic ratings will most likely get in the single digits, but there will be some stupids out there that will still side with the democrats just because of the party. obama would be wise to
fire every person he hired to stand behind him and to hire grass roots to help him put the country
on the right track. congress needs to go, this was a part time job anyway when this country
was founded. the more corrupt the congress got the more full time the job got. congress has
done nothing but betray the POTUS and have led him the wrong way. if the taxes go back up
during this time when there are so many unemployed, obama will have more party crashers.
it is obvious he has not a clue.
