When did population/tv ratings become the deciding factor on who wins college football games?

Has anyone noticed that Oklahoma has gotten hosed by by the refs, and can only win in Texas when they blow Texas out? Has anyone noticed how time after time games are being decided by calls-always in the favor of the team that has the biggest population and tv ratings? I’ve seen this happen time after time over the last 7-8 years. Keep your eyes open and blinders off. Speak out against B.S. Floks!
